The honest answer to 'how many sessions?' is: it depends — but here's how to estimate, and why.

Hair grows in cycles

Laser only disables hair follicles that are in their active growth phase. At any moment that's a fraction of your hair, which is why you need several sessions spaced weeks apart to catch each follicle at the right time.

A realistic range

Most areas need 6 to 8 sessions for a major reduction, then occasional maintenance once or twice a year. Hormonal areas (chin, jaw, abdomen) sometimes need more; coarse dark hair on lighter skin responds fastest.

What affects your number

Hair colour and thickness, skin tone, the area, hormones and how consistent you are with your schedule all matter. Skipping months between sessions slows progress.

Why we sell packages

Because a course works better than one-offs, our 6- and 8-session packages are priced well below the per-session rate — and you lock in your plan from the start.
