Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using this website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian may book on behalf of a minor and is responsible for the information they provide.

The app is not medical advice

This website and app are tools for booking appointments and viewing your visit history. Nothing shown in them is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in them replaces consulting a qualified clinician in person.

In an emergency, call the emergency services immediately. Do not use this app to report an urgent medical problem — it is not monitored continuously.

Bookings are requests, not confirmations

Submitting a booking creates a request. An appointment is confirmed only once the clinic confirms it. We may decline, reschedule or cancel any appointment, including for clinical reasons, staff availability or non-attendance, and we are not liable for any loss arising from doing so.

Please arrive on time and tell us as early as you can if you cannot attend. Repeated non-attendance may result in your account being restricted.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for everything done through your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe is being misused, shared, or used to provide false information.

Giving false personal or medical information may put your care at risk and may make you responsible for any resulting loss.

Fees and payment

Requesting an appointment through the app is free. Treatment is charged at the clinic in accordance with the prices in force at the time of treatment. Prices shown in the app are indicative and may change; the price confirmed at the clinic is the one that applies.

Where treatment is covered by insurance, coverage is a matter between you and your insurer. You remain responsible for any amount your insurer does not pay.

Availability of the service

The website and app are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders and notifications will always be delivered. Do not rely solely on an app notification to remember an appointment.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or app — including a missed appointment, an undelivered notification, or an interruption to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. In particular, liability for death or personal injury caused by clinical negligence, and any liability under the health regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is not affected by these terms.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the clinic, its owners, staff and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or information you provided that was false or misleading.

Intellectual property

The clinic name, logo, content and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or reuse any part of them without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
