How coverage works here
Bring your card & ID
Bring your valid insurance card and Iqama or national ID to every visit so we can verify eligibility.
We check & pre-approve
We confirm your coverage and request any pre-approvals your insurer needs before treatment starts.
You pay only your share
You settle any co-payment or amounts not covered by your plan — we'll tell you the figure up front.
Good to know
- Bring your insurance card and a valid ID (Iqama or national ID) to every visit.
- Some treatments need pre-approval from your insurer — message us in advance and we'll start the paperwork.
- Cosmetic and elective aesthetic treatments (e.g. whitening, Botox, laser hair removal) are usually not covered by insurance; we offer package pricing for these.
- Co-payments and annual limits depend on your specific policy — we'll confirm your share before treatment.
