Delete your account
Remove your Tabassem Plus account and personal data at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your information.
Delete your account in the app or on the website
Open the Tabassem Plus app or go to tabassem.com and sign in to your account.
Go to Account, then Security. Under "Delete account", tap Delete and confirm when asked.
Your sign-in is destroyed immediately and you will no longer be able to log in. No further action is needed.
If you cannot sign in
Contact the clinic using the details at the bottom of this page and ask us to delete your account. We will verify that the request is yours and complete the deletion for you.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in credentials, and your profile details — your name, email address, phone number and address.
The notification device token stored for appointment reminders, so the app can no longer send push notifications to your device.
What we are required to keep
Your treatment and payment records are kept for the period Saudi healthcare regulations require us to retain them. We cannot delete these on request, and we say so plainly before you confirm the deletion.
These records are retained only for that legal purpose. They are not used for any other reason after your account is deleted.
